Meet the owners
John and Kate
John and Kate own JJM Pest Management, and their names stand behind the Seal of Satisfaction on the front of the building at 88 Duckworth Street, and behind every job that leaves it.
John came to pest management from the building industry. He spent more than twenty years there, starting out as a concreter, and he knows how a house is put together from the slab up. That is why he is a specialist in pre-construction and post-construction termite management, and why he passes that knowledge on to every technician in the team.
The business was previously known as Marz Attack Pest Control, and the standards carried over: environmentally considered treatments, competitive pricing and straight answers. In June 2023 JJM took over Environ Pest Management, which is why both names appear on the uniforms.

Every JJM technician holds a current Queensland pest management technician licence, works in a JJM uniform and arrives in a JJM vehicle. The person who answers the phone knows the person who turns up.
Trained on the job, and on the standards
The crew in this photo spend their days in roof voids, subfloors and gardens across Townsville and the surrounds. Experience is passed down inside the team: John's background in the building industry shapes how new technicians are trained, and our learners work alongside licensed technicians from their first week.
